We are here for the animals and to keep them comfy, content and above all happy.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason without notice.

The animals well being is the most important thing to us.

Please notify us of any ailments or anything we need to be aware of prior to grooming your pets, for the pets safety and our own appointments can be cancelled or stopped for the well- being of your animal.

Fleas

If in the unforunate event fleas are found on your pet and we have not been notified at handover we will notify you of an additional charge to the groom for the deep cleaning of the salon and the flea wash to delouse your pet.

Matting of the coat

Due to the five freedoms and the comfort of the pet we refuse to de matt heavily impacted coats and reserve the right to refuse the groom if shaving your pet is not an option.
